Inside the new villa, three independent accommodations have been designed, for short or long-term stays, In addition to private spaces for events.
The property is framed by olive and fruit trees immersed in a large garden which includes a 60 sqm swimming pool, and parking spaces inside the property.
In addition to private apartments, the facility offers an indoor location with a large equipped kitchen ideal for private or business lunches or dinners, together with another room that communicates with the external space and the suggestive central arcade that has been imagined as the perfect environment for meeting, events or tastings.
Everything in Podere Selvatici has been designed according to a delicate balance between contemporary design with sustainable restoration: from the bare wooden beams that open onto the high ceilings, to the interior decor and furnishings that all play across the contemporaneity of the urban style and the authenticity of original antique materials.

The Podere has thus been redesigned in full respect of the environment: the structure has solar panels and low-consumption technologies.
We have chosen to recover the ancient materials and the original finishes of the ancient house built almost three hundred years ago with the will to rediscover the luxury essence that simplicity always holds in itself.
