Inside the new villa, several independent suites have been created, ideal for both short and long stays, which, while telling the story of the property, converse with the green landscape that embraces them. The property is framed by olive and fruit trees immersed in a large garden, which includes a 60 sqm swimming pool, and parking spaces inside the property.
In addition to the private accommodations, the property offers shared indoor spaces. One of these hosts a large communal refrigerator, stocked with quality products and selected beverages. The Podere has thus been redesigned in full respect of the environment: the structure has solar panels and low-consumption technologies.
We have chosen to recover the ancient materials and the original finishes of the ancient house built almost three hundred years ago with the will to rediscover the luxury essence that simplicity always holds in itself.
